Which perk

One perk per request. Perks do not overlap or stack.

Must be used within the calendar year, 1 January to 31 December. It does not roll over.

Your name and email

Use the name and email your Life Mastery Forum membership is under. If the name on the order does not match the membership, the order is not shipped.

Your email is what the shipping desk replies to, so check it before you send.

Mailing or shipping address

Complete address. Apartment or unit number included — this is the single most common reason a perk never ships.

Your order

Name each item and say how many, grouped by brand. "$250 of supplements" is not an order — nobody at the shipping desk is going to guess which ones.
